Showcase your team on your website, either as a whole or member by member, to highlight your staff. Add photos, biographies, roles, and contacts, and emphasize key profiles.

You can choose a global presentation of your team, member by member, or combine both to tailor the display to your strategy and the message you wish to convey.

1. General Team Presentation

This text (located at the top of the Team page) is fundamental for defining your culture and group mission.

  • Collective Mission: Start with a sentence that summarizes your purpose. Highlight the complementarity of talents and expertise serving a common goal.

  • Key Values: State the principles that guide your work (e.g., passion, rigor, innovation, listening).

  • Client Benefit: Clearly explain how the synergy of this team translates into tangible results and benefits for the client.

  • Tone: Adopt a professional and warm tone that reflects the group's energy and commitment (as the photo suggests).

2. Individual Member Presentation

Limited to 800 characters, each profile must be impactful, professional, and memorable.

  • Role and Impact: specify the person's function (Title) and their essential role within the team.

  • Expertise: briefly mention the person's background or unique skill.

  • The Human Aspect: add a personal touch or a value dear to them. This humanizes the profile and creates a connection.

  • Contact Information and Social Networks: add email, phone, or social links if the member wishes to be contacted.

  • Photo: a portrait is recommended to personalize the profile.

Feature a Member

You can highlight certain profiles using the "Featured" status. These profiles will appear at the top of the page with a larger photo than the others, ideal for showcasing a manager or a key and recognized member of your team.
