Create a detailed price list

CentralApp allows you to create a price list directly integrated into your website. Unlike a PDF, it is indexable by search engines, improving your SEO and offering greater flexibility.

Create a detailed price list

1. Go to the website editor
2. In the options, click on "Price List"
3. Then click on "Create a Price List" on the right side of the screen
4. Choose "Create a Detailed Price List"

Next, fill in the required information before saving: the price list name, a description, VAT, and currency.

Add a section

Your price list should be organized into sections. To add and/or manage sections, go to Settings > Sections in the right-hand panel.

Create your section by giving it a name and adding more details in the description if needed. Once saved, your section is created.

You can easily rearrange your sections using drag & drop, thanks to the move icon on the left of the section. You can change the section settings at any time by clicking on the edit icon or delete it by clicking on the trash icon.

👋 A section that does not contain any items will not be displayed on the website.

Add an item

There are two ways to create an item:

Quick Add

1. Click on "Quick Add" under the desired section.
2. Enter the name, description, and price.
3. Ideal for simple items without price variations, translations, etc.

Advanced Add

1. Click on "Manage Items" in the control panel on the right > "Add a New Item"
2. Fill in all the information: name, description, price, or price variations.

Once the item is created, it can always be modified. To do so, click on the item's edit icon.

👋 An item must be placed in a section to be published.

Publish the price list

Once your price list is ready, publish it by clicking on "Publish" in the right-hand panel.
