CentralApp allows you to create a detailed price list directly on your website. This solution, ideal for SEO thanks to its content being indexable by search engines and much more flexible than a PDF file, is highly recommended.
Create a price list
- Go to the website Editor
- Click on the "Price List" feature
- Click on the Create a price list button
- Choose "Create a Detailed Price List," fill in the basic information (Name, optionally a description, VAT, and Currency), and then save
Add and edit a section in your price list
You can add different sections to your price list. Here are some examples of sections:
- For a beauty salon: Facial Treatments, Massages, Hairdressing, etc.
- For a clothing store: Pants, Dresses, Accessories, etc.
To add/manage sections in your price list, click on the "Sections" button in the right panel, then click on "Create a Section."
Then follow these steps:
- Enter the section name, a description (optional), and choose whether you want to display photos for each item in this section on your site.
- Indicate whether you want the photos you add to the items in this section to appear on your site.
- Once saved, your section is created.
You can easily reorganize your sections by drag & drop using the move icon on the left side of the section. You can change the section settings at any time by clicking the edit icon, or delete it by clicking the trash icon.
Important: A section containing no items will not be visible on the site.
Add an item to your price list
You have two options for adding an item to your price list:
Option 1: Click "Quick Add" next to the desired section, then fill in the basic information for the item (name, description, and price). This method is quick and simple, but less suitable if you need to manage translations or price variations.
Option 2: Use the right panel of the menu by clicking "Manage Items," then click "Add a New Item" for more flexibility. You can then complete all the item information, with automatic translation if needed: name, description, price/promotion price, belonging section, and price variations (price per 30 min, per hour, etc.).
Important: An item must be associated with a section to be published.
Publish Your Price List
When your price list is ready to be published, click on "Publish" in the right panel. You can choose to publish your price list permanently, starting from a certain date, or for a specified period.
Remove an item from your price list
If an item is no longer available (temporarily or permanently), you can unpublish it by clicking the "strikethrough eye" icon next to the item. It will immediately disappear from the list.
If you wish to reuse this item later, you can find it under "Manage Items" in the right panel, then select the item to reintegrate it into the desired section.
