It is important to ensure that your payment information is always up to date in order to avoid any issues related to the renewal of your subscription.
Access the "Plan and Billing" page
First, access the "Plan and Billing" page. To do so, log in to your CentralApp dashboard. Once logged in, go to the menu on the left and click on the "Subscription" option. You will then be redirected to the Plan and Billing page, where you can view all the information related to your subscription, including your current payment method.
Modify your payment method
On the Plan and Billing page, you will find a section dedicated to the payment method used for your subscription. Click on "Modify" to change your payment method.
Once the new information is entered, you will be asked to confirm it before validating the change. Make sure all the data is correct and complete to avoid any payment failures in the future.
