Add external analytics tools

About

Adding a Google tag allows you to track and analyze traffic in Google Analytics or optimize the targeting of your advertising campaigns. Whether you want to integrate Google Tag Manager (GTM-), Google Analytics (G-), or Google Ads (AW-), this guide will walk you through the process step by step.

Access to Analytics Tools

👋 This feature is only available with a plan that includes access to it. If you don’t see it in your interface, please contact us to learn more about the available options.

To enable this option, you need to use the External Analytics Solution feature, accessible from the website editor on CentralApp.

Supported Tags

Google Analytics (G-xxx)

Visitor tracking allows you to analyze your website traffic: number of visitors, pages viewed, and actions taken (clicks, time spent, etc.). To enable it, retrieve your Google Analytics 4 ID and add it to CentralApp. This will allow you to track the origin of your visitors, their journey, and their interactions.

Google Ads Conversions (AW-xxx)

Conversion tracking helps you measure the impact of your Google Ads campaigns: how many visitors complete a key action after clicking on an ad (reservation, purchase, sign-up, etc.). To enable it, retrieve your Google Ads tracking ID and add it to CentralApp. This will allow you to analyze your campaign performance and optimize your ads for better results.

Google Tag Manager (GTM-xxx)

GTM allows you to easily manage and deploy tracking tags (Google Analytics, Google Ads, conversion pixels, etc.) without modifying your website’s code. To enable it, retrieve your Google Tag Manager ID and add it to CentralApp. This will help you centralize your tracking, adjust your settings independently, and optimize your performance.
