Once you are logged into your account, you will find a "legal information" section in the "Information & Settings".
All this information is then used by our systems to automatically generate the declarations necessary for the establishment of your your online presence (e.g.: legal notices for smart of intelligent sites). It is therefore very important to complete correctly to avoid any problem or fine during a possible control by the control by the administration.
Mandatory legal information
In this section you can enter all the information that companies are obliged to publish on all the media used. This allows for a clear identification of the person responsible for the publication. The following information is required:
- Company name
- Address of the company's head office
- Legal form
- Company number/VAT number
We then complete this information with the contact information filled out in the basic information.
Special legal information
In this section, you have the possibility to add PDF files in order to meet the additional obligations of certain regulated professions but also to allow those who wish to publish the legal documents they would like to see on their website.
Some regulated professions have an additional obligation to make available certain information or documents such as
- The professional association to which they belong
- Their professional designation
- The state in which it was issued
If you are a member of a regulated profession, we advise you to add all this information in a document that you can add directly in this section.
Other legal documents
Some companies want to make certain legal documents easily available. As a rule, we find :
