Why should I synchronise my Google Business Profile? 

Synchronizing your Google Business Profile with the CentralApp platform will save you valuable time! Once synchronized, you can update your information directly on CentralApp, and it will automatically reflect on your Google Business Page.

Additionally, after synchronization, you will be able to automatically integrate Google reviews on your website (if your subscription allows it).

How do I synchronise my Google Business Profile with the CentralApp platform? 

To synchronize your Google Business Profile with CentralApp, follow these simple steps from your CentralApp platform.

Step 1: Access the "E-Reputation" section

Log in to your CentralApp account and go to the Online Reputation section. Here, you can link your Google Business Profile to the platform.

Step 2: Connect your Google listing

  1. Select the account you use to manage your Google Business Profile.
  2. Authorize CentralApp to access and manage your business listing, then continue.

Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions

The connection is not complete yet!

Once connected, follow the instructions displayed:

  1. Link the Google Business Profile
  2. Click on Use this account > Use this account (again) > Use this page.

Step 4: Verify synchronization

Once these steps are completed, you will see one of the following indicators:

  • The green button "Synchronized" means your Google Business Profile is successfully synced with CentralApp.

  • The orange button "Pending" indicates that Google is verifying the synchronization. This process can take up to 24 to 48 hours. If this period is exceeded, please contact our customer service for assistance.
