When you log in to CentralApp and select your establishment, you access a dashboard designed to simplify all actions related to your website. Depending on the state of your site and your subscription, certain features automatically adapt to your needs.

1. Key Information About Your Site

Located in the left column, this section presents a concise overview of your online establishment and essential elements to know:

  • Domain Name: the address of your website.

  • Subscription Status: to know which features are available.

  • Chosen Business Goal: to align your actions with your strategy.

This quick view helps you track the general state of your site and make informed decisions.

2. The Navigation Bar

At the top of the screen, the navigation bar gives you direct access to all advanced features of CentralApp. Depending on your subscription, you can access all available tools.

It allows easy navigation between the main modules:

  • Dashboard

  • Inbox

  • Establishments

  • Customers

  • E-Reputation

  • QR Code

  • Statistics

  • Help Center

This organization ensures quick access to essential tools for managing your business and measuring your site's performance.

3. Quick Actions and Daily Management

The central column is dedicated to optimizing and managing your site:

  • Creation Assistant: for sites under construction or optimization. A progress bar and tasks guide you step by step in improving your site.

  • Quick Actions: shortcuts to easily edit content, update your information, and manage your daily operations.

  • Active Integrations: find all features connected to your site here (reservations, orders, partners, etc.).

These tools make it easy to update and monitor your site daily.

4. Support and Contact

In the right column, you will find everything you need to stay informed and get help:

  • What's New?: check out the latest improvements and updates to the platform.

  • Need Help?: access different channels according to your needs:

    • Help Center: articles and guides to solve your questions on your own.

    • Chat and Email: quickly contact the CentralApp team.

    • Phone and Video Conference: schedule an appointment with a specialist.

    • Concierge Service: delegate the management and modifications of your site to our experts.

  • User Management: invite new members and manage your team's access.

This section simplifies access to information and assistance for all user levels.

5. Site Editor and Preview

In the upper right corner, two buttons are essential for working on your site:

  • Site Editor: open the main construction tool to modify the content, design, and structure of your site.

  • Preview: view your site as your visitors will see it before publication.

These functions are essential for verifying your changes and ensuring a professional result.
