The subscription offers you a coherent set of services, perfectly suited to the size and needs of your business. It ensures that your website, marketing tools, and additional services are always accessible and properly configured.

Here's what it concretely provides:

  • Centralized organization: your main plan and options are grouped together, facilitating daily management.

  • Flexibility: you can add options, manage multiple locations, or upgrade to a higher plan according to your needs.

  • Clarity of commitments: your subscription defines your obligations, such as notice periods or conditions of annual plans.

Concrete example:
If you manage two locations, the subscription allows you to adjust your services for each site while maintaining simplified billing.


How Your Subscription Works

The CentralApp subscription consists of three main elements:

The Main Plan

The main plan defines:

  • The level of available services (website, marketing, professional tools, etc.)

  • The billing frequency (monthly or annually)

  • Notice periods and the possibility to modify certain elements during the commitment

A monthly plan allows you to quickly test new options, while an annual plan offers advantageous rates but with a longer commitment.

Additional Options

Beyond the main plan, you can add additional services to meet your specific needs:

  • Logo creation: professional visual identity

  • Professional email creation: for consistent branding

  • Custom concierge service: personalized assistance for managing your site and tools

Multi-location Management

If your business has multiple locations under the same name or branding:

  • The subscription allows you to define the number of included locations

  • Each site benefits from the appropriate services

  • Billing remains simple and consistent


Manage Your Subscription

All actions related to your subscription can be found in Subscription, in the left menu of your CentralApp dashboard, under Plan and Billing.

You can perform the following actions there:

Change Plan

  1. Go to Subscription > Plan and Billing

  2. Click on Change Plan

  3. Select the new plan that suits your needs

  4. Confirm the change.

Modify Options

  1. Go to Subscription > Plan and Billing > Options

  2. Activate or deactivate additional services according to your needs

  3. Save your changes

Concrete example:
You can add professional email creation for your marketing team without changing the main plan.

Manage Multi-locations

  1. Click on Subscription > Plan and Billing > Multi-locations

  2. Add or remove locations according to your organization

  3. Ensure each location has the appropriate services
