You will find all practical information regarding your subscription in this article.

The information below is valid only for live CentralApp customers. If you are using CentralApp through one of our partners or resellers, please contact them directly to learn more about your subscription.

Find My Subscription Information

Click on Subscription in the left menu of your CentralApp dashboard to access the Plan and Billing page. All information related to your subscription is grouped there.

Change My Subscription

1. Change the Plan

To change your pricing plan, go to the "Plan and Billing" page and click on "Change Plan". You will access all available subscription options.

For annual commitment plans, it is not possible to switch to a less expensive plan during the billing period. However, you can contact us at [email protected] to discuss possible options.

2. Modify Options

You can always add or remove options during your subscription, regardless of your plan or commitment period. To do this, click on the "Modify Options" button. You will then see a list of available options for your subscription and website:

  • marketing options

  • logo creation

  • professional email creation

  • custom concierge service

If you wish to add any, you can do so by clicking the "Add" button for the specific option, then once your selection is made, click "Continue" at the bottom of the page.

3. Multi-establishments

If your business becomes a multi-establishment chain (same name and branding), you can add or remove establishments and adjust your subscription accordingly.

  1. Click on "Add or Remove Establishments"

  2. Modify the desired number of establishments and click "Modify"

  3. The change will take effect immediately and the corresponding rate will be applied at the next monthly renewal.

The same process applies if you already have a multi-establishment account and wish to adjust the number of establishments included in your subscription.

What to do when the buttons are not present and my plan name is "Historical Plan"?

This means that your subscription is no longer offered by CentralApp. To make changes, you must switch to a new subscription by clicking "Change Plan" and selecting the plan that suits you.

Cancel Subscription

At the bottom of the Plan and Billing tab, you can submit your cancellation request via a form.

No other requests will be considered as provided in our terms and conditions of sale.

Our team will contact you within 5 business days to confirm the cancellation request is being processed or to request additional information if necessary.

Notice Period

  • Annual commitment: notify 90 days before the contract renewal.

  • Monthly commitment (without commitment): notify 15 days before renewal.

For an annual commitment subscription, early termination is not possible. The total amount of the subscription for the committed period remains due.
