Add an Hour of One-Time Concierge Service
For Maker or Pro subscriptions, you can use the concierge service on demand.
Steps to Activate:
Go to Plan and Billing from the Subscription menu in your CentralApp space.
Click on Add Options.
Select 1 Hour of Concierge Service and confirm.
Once validated, send your requests via the dedicated form.
Example: a store can request a product photo update and a description change, all within a single hour of service.
Upgrade to Business Subscription
The Business subscription automatically includes:
Unlimited concierge service.
Phone and video conference support by appointment.
Advanced features for your site.
Conditions: your account must be active and billing up-to-date.
To activate the Business subscription:
Log in to your CentralApp space.
Go to Plan and Billing from the Subscription menu.
Change your plan by selecting Business and confirm your choice.
You can then send your requests via the dedicated form, and our team will handle all the modifications.
