Why Contact CentralApp Support

CentralApp support is here to ensure a smooth and efficient use of your site and dashboard. Depending on your subscription, you have access to different levels of assistance tailored to your needs: problem resolution, technical questions, or more advanced support.


Preparing an Effective Request

A clear and complete request allows for a quick and precise response. Here are the essential elements to include:

  • Specific Subject: describe the issue or question in one sentence.

  • Relevant Feature: indicate the page or section of the dashboard.

  • Expected Result vs. Observed Behavior: explain what you intended to do and what happened.

  • Screenshots: attach an image showing the issue.


How to Contact CentralApp Support

  1. Log in to your CentralApp dashboard.

  2. In the menu on the left side of the screen, select the communication method available according to your subscription:

    1. Chat / Email: for quick and written assistance.

    2. Phone / Videoconference: for issues requiring direct interaction.

    3. Concierge Service: for advanced and personalized support (reserved for higher subscriptions).

If you see the mention Pro+ next to a contact channel, it means this service is not included in your current subscription. You can either upgrade your subscription or contact our team to find the appropriate solution.
