If your subscription payment fails, you will receive an email prompting you to resolve the issue. Acting quickly is important to prevent any suspension.
Your website will be automatically suspended if 3 invoices remain unpaid and will be restored online as soon as they are settled.
Check your subscription and invoices
Log in to your CentralApp account and go to Plan & Billing from your Subscription page on the dashboard. Scroll down the page to view your invoices.
Update your payment information
Check the card details registered for automatic payments. If it has expired or is invalid, replace it with a valid card to avoid future issues.
Make a manual payment
If a payment fails but your payment method is valid, a blue button will appear to allow you to settle the pending invoice.
