Change the payment method

Ensure that your payment information is always up to date to guarantee the successful renewal of your CentralApp subscription and avoid any service interruption.

Access the "Subscription and Billing" Page

Click on Subscription in the left menu of your CentralApp dashboard to access the Subscription and Billing page. All information related to your subscription is grouped there, including your current payment method.

Change Your Payment Method

In the Payment Method section, click on Edit. Enter your new information and then confirm. You will be asked to confirm these changes before they are saved.

Select it as your primary payment method. This will ensure that future payments and renewals are made with this card or account.

Ensure that the information entered is accurate and complete to avoid any payment failure during the next renewal.
