How to Link Your Facebook and Instagram Pages

Access Your Facebook Page Settings
Open your page and click on Settings in the top menu.
Select Linked Accounts.
Connect Your Instagram Account
Click on Connect Account.
A pop-up window will open. Enter your Instagram credentials and confirm the connection.
Verify the Connection
Once connected, your accounts are linked and your posts can be automatically shared on Instagram.
Disconnect an Account (if necessary)
To unlink the accounts, go back to Settings > Linked Accounts and click on Disconnect Account.
