Attributes of Detailed Menu Items
CentralApp allows you to associate attributes with each item on your detailed menu. This information helps your customers quickly identify the special features of your dishes and make their choice with ease. Once saved, the attributes appear as illustrative icons, with an explanatory legend for better readability.
1. Add Attributes to a New Item
When creating a new item in your detailed menu:
Fill in the main information (name, description, price, etc.).
In the Attributes section at the bottom of the screen, check the relevant attributes for this dish (e.g., popular dish, homemade, new, spicy, etc.).
Save the item.
2. Add or Modify Attributes of an Existing Item
To update an already created item:
Go to the menu containing the item.
Select the item and click on the edit icon.
Scroll down to the Attributes section.
Check the relevant attributes and save your changes.
Viewing Attributes on Your Site
Once configured:
Icons appear next to the menu items.
By hovering over these icons, a detailed description is displayed for your customers.
A legend at the bottom of the page explains the meaning of each icon.
This makes your menu more readable and attractive while highlighting the unique features of your dishes.
