CentralApp integrates several mechanisms to manage your customers' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The goal is to provide you with a reliable, transparent, and secure framework for processing information collected through your site or booking tools.

Data Collection: Transparency and Consent

When a customer contacts you or makes a reservation, the information they provide is stored in your CentralApp database.
Some data is optional, while others are necessary for the proper functioning of the service.

The forms include:

  • a clear indication of data usage,

  • a marketing consent option for sending newsletters,

  • fields allowing the customer to choose their contact language.

Only contacts who have agreed to receive commercial communications can be included in your marketing campaigns. If a customer withdraws their consent, they must be excluded from your marketing communications – and your contact export will automatically respect this constraint.

Data Viewing and Export

You can view the information recorded for each customer at any time via their contact sheet.

Right to Modify and Correct

If a customer wishes to modify or correct certain information (email address, phone number, preferences, etc.), you can manually adjust their contact sheet.
This ensures data accuracy and prevents the use of outdated information.

Data Deletion or Anonymization

Under GDPR, any customer can request the deletion of their personal data.
CentralApp offers a dedicated function allowing:

  • complete deletion of a contact, or

  • anonymization, when you wish to retain a statistical history (e.g., number of past reservations) without personal information.

This process is irreversible and ensures that data can no longer be associated with an identifiable person.

Security and Confidentiality

Data is stored securely and is only used for operational purposes related to your establishment.
CentralApp neither sells nor exploits your customers' data for commercial purposes.

You remain the sole owner of the data collected through your site.
