Log in to https://business.centralapp.com/
Access your site editor
Select Chat & Messaging
Choose Advanced Solution Integration, then WhatsApp
Enter your phone number
Confirm the integration
Once the setup is complete, a chat bubble will appear on all pages of your website.
Your customers will be able to start a conversation with you directly via this button, which will redirect them directly to WhatsApp.
All conversations will be centralized in your WhatsApp account where you can respond directly.
