How to integrate Partoo Chat?
To integrate Partoo Chat into your site, you will need your Partoo partner ID. If you do not have this ID yet, please contact your Partoo account manager before proceeding.
Integration Steps
Log in to https://business.centralapp.com/
Access your site editor
Select Chat & Messaging
Choose Integration of an advanced solution, then Partoo Chat
Enter your Partoo ID
Preview and confirm the integration
Once the setup is complete, a chat bubble will appear at the bottom of your website. Your customers can leave their contact details, ask a question, or provide feedback. All conversations will be centralized in your Partoo account, where you can respond directly.
How is Partoo Chat customized?
Partoo Chat customizes automatically based on your site settings — no additional action is required.
Color: automatically adopts your branding's secondary color.
Photo: matches the profile picture set in your CentralApp branding.
Language: adapts to the main language of your website.
How to obtain your Partoo ID?
Your Partoo ID is found in the script of your widget. To locate it, go to your Partoo interface.
Log in to https://app.partoo.co/connection
Go to the "Settings" section, then "Messages", then "Widget",
Click on the already installed widget.
Click the button at the top right "Install the widget". Your script will appear on screen
In the script: you can copy your ID after token.
