How to Integrate Partoo Chat into Your Website

To integrate Partoo Chat into your site, you need to:

  • Have access to your Partoo back-office

  • Know your Partoo partner ID

If you do not yet have this ID, contact your Partoo account manager before proceeding.

How to Obtain Your Partoo ID?

Your Partoo ID is found in your widget's script. To find it, go to your Partoo interface.

  • Access the "Settings" section

  • Click on Messages then Widget

  • Select the widget already installed

  • Click the Install widget button (top right)

The widget script will then be displayed on the screen.

Identify Your Partoo ID in the Script

In the displayed script, locate the value immediately following token=.

Example:
If your script contains the following value:
token=a85fd844-2cfc-40a6-9ac0-fa99f60ebe25

➤ Your Partoo ID is:
a85fd844-2cfc-40a6-9ac0-fa99f60ebe25

Integration Steps

Once you have retrieved your Partoo ID, you can proceed with integrating the chat on your CentralApp site.

  1. Access your site editor

  2. Select Chat & Messaging

  3. Choose Advanced Solution Integration, then Partoo Chat

  4. Enter your Partoo ID

  5. Preview and confirm the integration

Once the setup is complete, a chat bubble will appear at the bottom of your website. Your customers can leave their contact details, ask a question, or make a comment. All conversations will be centralized in your Partoo account, where you can respond directly.

How is Partoo Chat Customized?

Partoo Chat automatically customizes according to your site's settings — no additional action is required.

  • Color: Automatically adopts the secondary color of your branding.

  • Photo: Matches the profile photo defined in your CentralApp branding.

  • Language: Adapts to the primary language of your website.

If you encounter difficulties finding the script in your Partoo interface, do not hesitate to contact your Partoo account manager.
