How to Integrate TheFork into Your Website

To complete the integration, you need to:

  • Have access to your TheFork Manager account

  • Know your TheFork establishment ID

If you do not yet have this access, contact your TheFork account manager before proceeding.

How to Obtain Your TheFork ID

Your ID is located directly in your TheFork Manager account.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Reservation Widget

  2. Click on Install the widget

  3. An HTML script will appear on the screen with your TheFork ID.

Example code:

<iframe src="https://widget.thefork.com/7b943543-c3ed-47e5-b197-dbfc8f98e207" allow="payment *" style="width: 100%; min-height:800px; border:none; overflow:scroll;" ></iframe>

Your TheFork ID corresponds to the value located after widget.thefork.com/

In this example:
7b943543-c3ed-47e5-b197-dbfc8f98e207

Integration Steps on CentralApp

Once you have retrieved your TheFork ID, you can proceed with the integration on your site.

  1. Log in to your dashboard:

  2. Access your site editor

  3. In the menu, select Reservations

  4. Choose Advanced solution integration, then select TheFork

  5. Enter your TheFork ID

  6. Preview the integration, then confirm

Customizing the TheFork Module

The TheFork module automatically adapts to your site — no additional configuration is needed:

  • Color: adopts the color set in your TheFork Manager interface.

  • Language: adapts to the language of your CentralApp site. If your site is multilingual, the module will be available in other languages as well.

Marketing Campaign Tracking (UTM)

If you conduct marketing campaigns, certain UTM parameters are automatically transmitted to the TheFork widget to facilitate tracking in TheFork Manager.

The following parameters are supported:

  • utm_campaign

  • utm_medium

Please Note

  • The utm_source parameter is reserved by TheFork

  • It will be automatically set with your domain name

  • It is not possible to modify this behavior
