Stride lets you connect partner solutions to your website. The number of solutions you can add depends on the type of integration.
White-label integration
A white-label integration displays the partner journey directly on your website. The booking, order, or request is made from the website.
Only one white-label integration can be added per location and per business model.
For example, a location can use one integrated solution for table bookings and one integrated solution for online ordering. Two white-label table-booking solutions cannot be offered at the same time for the same location.
This rule keeps the visitor journey clear and centralizes management in the selected solution.
Marketplace links
A marketplace is an external platform where the transaction or booking is completed. The button on your website redirects the visitor to that platform.
Multiple marketplace links can be added to the same location.
For example, you can offer several accommodation platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb, or several delivery platforms such as Uber Eats. Each visitor can then use the marketplace they prefer.
How to identify the integration type
White label: the journey is embedded in the website and the booking, order, or request starts from the website.
Marketplace: the visitor leaves the website to complete the action on an external platform.
