How to Integrate Treatwell into Your Website
To complete the integration, you need to:
Have access to your Treatwell Connect account
Know your Treatwell establishment ID
If you do not yet have this access, contact your Treatwell account manager before proceeding.
How to Obtain Your Treatwell ID
Your ID is directly available in your Treatwell Connect account
Log in to https://connect.treatwell.be/login
Go to Settings > Online Booking
Go to the Booking Widget tab
Then click on Setup Instructions > Link
A URL will appear on the screen
Example URL:
https://widget.treatwell.be/en/salon/1234/menu/
➤ Your Treatwell ID corresponds to the value located after widget.treatwell.be/en and before /menu/
In this example:
1234
Integration Steps on CentralApp
Once you have retrieved your Treatwell ID, you can proceed with the integration on your site.
Log in to your dashboard:
https://business.centralapp.com/Access your site's editor
In the menu, select Appointments
Choose Advanced Solution Integration, then select Treatwell
Enter your Treatwell ID
Preview the integration, then confirm
Customizing the Treatwell Module
The Treatwell module automatically adapts to your site — no additional configuration is necessary:
Color: The color is not customizable
Language: adapts to the language of your CentralApp site. If your site is multilingual, the module will be available in other languages as well
