How to Integrate Joy/Privateaser into Your Website
To complete the integration, you need to:
Have access to your Joy/Privateaser account
Know your Joy/Privateaser venue ID
If you do not yet have this access, contact your Joy/Privateaser account manager before proceeding.
How to Obtain Your Joy/Privateaser ID
Your ID is directly found in your public URL on Joy/Privateaser
Log in to your public page on Privateaser.com
Your URL will appear in the browser.
Example URL
privateaser.com/lieu/1234-your-venue
➤ Your Joy/Privateaser ID corresponds to the value located after lieu/
In this example:
1234-your-venue
Integration Steps on CentralApp
Once you have retrieved your Joy/Privateaser ID, you can proceed with the integration on your site.
Log in to your dashboard:
👉 https://business.centralapp.com/Access your site editor
In the menu, select Event Spaces
Choose Advanced Solution Integration, then select Joy
Enter your Joy/Privateaser ID
Preview the integration, then confirm
Customization of the Joy/Privateaser Module
The Joy/Privateaser module automatically adapts to your site — no additional configuration is necessary:
Color: adopts the default color provided by the Joy/Privateaser module
Language: is available in the language of the country where your venue is located.
