How to contact CentralApp

About

We understand the importance of effective customer support to enhance your experience. That’s why we offer different levels of support based on your subscription. You will be able to request assistance via chat, email, phone, or video conference through your CentralApp dashboard.

How to request assistance?

From the navigation bar on CentralApp, go to the Help Center tab and choose your communication method :

If you see the Pro+ button next to the communication method you want, it indicates that it is not included in your current subscription but that an additional option is available to enhance your experience! Feel free to consider upgrading your subscription or contact us to discuss it.
