CentralApp does not issue gift vouchers. Only external partner solutions can be integrated. All aspects related to gift vouchers (issuance, tracking, reimbursement, conditions) must be managed directly with the external provider. CentralApp cannot intervene in any management step.
Why Offer Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers help retain your customers and attract new visitors. They offer a simple solution to delight loved ones and generate additional sales directly on your site.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure that you:
have an active account with an external gift voucher provider,
have the identifier or URL provided by this provider,
have access to your site's editor on CentralApp.
If you do not know the identifier or URL, contact your external provider to obtain it.
Integrate Your Gift Vouchers
Activate the Section
Log in to CentralApp.
Go to Site Editor > Gift Vouchers.
Activate the publication of the section on your site.
Add an External Partner
Click on "Advanced Solution Integration".
Select the partner from the proposed list.
Enter the identifier or URL provided by the provider.
If your partner does not appear in the list, contact technical support via CentralApp chat with the partner's name and, if possible, additional information (website, contact, documentation).
Verify the Integration
The module will automatically appear on the Gift Vouchers page of your site.
Your customers can purchase gift vouchers directly via the external provider.
Display example: depending on your branding, the module can appear as a list of available amounts, quick purchase buttons, or customized visuals from the provider.
Best Practices
Customize colors, fonts, and visuals to match your branding.
Communicate the offer on your site's homepage (via announcements), newsletters, and social media.
Regularly check that the provider remains active and that the links work correctly.
