Add a General Description
The general description of your menu sets the tone and catches the eye at first glance. It should be concise, evocative, and reflect the spirit of your establishment.
How to do it:
Log in to CentralApp and access the Menu option in the site editor.
When creating a new menu, fill in the General Description field before saving.
To modify an existing menu, simply access the control panel on the right, in the menu of your choice, and update the general description.
Add Section Descriptions
Sections (Starters, Main Courses, Desserts, Drinks…) help organize the menu and guide your customers. A short introduction per section can highlight your specialties or offers.
How to do it:
In the menu, access Sections via the control panel on the right.
Click on Add Section or edit an existing section.
Write a concise text that describes the content and highlights of the section.
To modify an existing section, access the control panel on the right. Click on the edit icon associated with the section of your choice.
Add Descriptions for Each Item
Each dish or drink deserves a well-crafted description to highlight its ingredients, preparation, and unique features. This attracts attention and helps customers decide.
Create a new item from the control panel or use the quick add feature.
Write a short text that describes the dish, mentioning key ingredients or customization options (e.g., "Available in a vegetarian version").
Save to display the description on your site.
To modify an existing item, click on the edit icon to the right of the item of your choice and update the description.
