Is the Concierge Service included in your subscription?
If you are currently on the MAKER or PRO plan, the Concierge Service is not included. This means all updates to your website must be done by you. However, our support team remains available to assist and guide you through your changes.
How can you benefit from the Concierge Service?
1. Upgrade to the BUSINESS plan
The Business plan includes the Concierge Service, phone and video call support, as well as access to additional features.
2. Choose a 1-hour Concierge Service package
Our team will handle all updates to your site and process your specific requests so everything is updated according to your needs.
Go to the Subscription section of your CentralApp dashboard:
You can upgrade your plan or add a Concierge Service hour by adjusting your options.
