Why Keep Your FAQ Updated
An FAQ is not static content; it's a lever for conversion and customer satisfaction. Regularly updating your questions addresses three strategic issues:

How to Edit Your Questions
Follow these simple steps to edit your content from your admin interface.
Access the FAQ Module
From your dashboard, click on Site Editor on the left.
In the list of features displayed on the right, select FAQ.
Editing Content
To edit an existing question:
Click on the edit icon located to the right of the relevant question.
Make the desired changes.
You can edit the following elements:
Question: Enter or modify the question title.
Answer: Write or modify your answer in the text editor. You can bold text and add links.
Category: Select the corresponding category from the dropdown menu (previously created category).
Highlight: Choose if the question should be featured on your site's homepage.
Once your changes are made, click Save Question to apply them.
How to Unpublish a Question from Your FAQ
You can hide a question without deleting it. To do this, simply toggle the Publication switch to Off. The question will be immediately removed from your public site.
How to Delete a Question from Your FAQ
If you wish to permanently delete a question from your FAQ, click on the trash icon located to the right of the question and confirm the deletion. The question will then be permanently removed from your FAQ.
