Access the Login Page
Go to the CentralApp login page, accessible from business.centralapp.com. On this page, click on “Forgot Password?”.
Request a Reset
After clicking on “Forgot Password?”, enter the email address associated with your account.
You will then receive an email sent by [email protected], with the subject: “CentralApp – Password Reset Request”.
In this email, click on the “Change Your Password” button.
Not receiving the email?
Check your spam/junk mail folder.
Ensure you have entered the correct email address.
If the issue persists, contact our support team
Once the button is clicked, you will be automatically redirected to a secure page where you can set a new password.
Create a New Password
On the reset page, choose a password that meets the following security criteria:
at least 8 characters;
1 uppercase letter;
1 lowercase letter;
1 number;
1 special character (e.g., !, ?, @, #).
Examples of valid passwords:
Central@2024
MyAccount!8
Secure#Pass1
Once the password is saved, you can return to the login page.
Log Back into Your Account
Log in with your email address and your new password.
After logging in, click on “Manage Business” to access your dashboard and manage your establishment.
