Activate Your Account
CentralApp does not automatically generate a password.
After creating your account, you will receive an activation email allowing you to set your personal password. This email is sent by [email protected] and has the subject: "CentralApp – Invitation to activate your account".
In this email, click on the "Activate Your Account" button to access the platform.
Can't find the activation email?
Check your spam/junk mail folder.
Search for the sender [email protected] in your mailbox.
Ensure the email address used is the one associated with your CentralApp account.
If necessary, contact our support team.
Create Your Password
When activating your account, choose a password that meets the following security criteria:
at least 8 characters;
1 uppercase letter;
1 lowercase letter;
1 number;
1 special character (e.g., !, ?, @, #).
Examples of valid passwords:
Welcome@8
CentralApp!2024
MyAccount#1
💡 Avoid using personal or easily guessable information.
Once your password is saved, you can log into your account.
Access Your Dashboard
Log in with your email address and the password you just created. After logging in, click on "Manage Business" to access your dashboard and administer your establishment.
