Why Provide Your Legal Information

European and national legislation requires all companies to make certain information accessible online. Among these are:

  • Mandatory legal notices

  • General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

  • Privacy Policy

Failure to comply with these obligations can lead to legal penalties. The Legal Information section of CentralApp simplifies this process by allowing you to centralize your legal data and documents in just a few clicks.

Benefits:

  • Guaranteed regulatory compliance

  • Time-saving through automatic generation of legal pages

  • A simple and centralized solution, 100% aligned with your obligations

Add Your Legal Information

Access the Section

Open the Site Editor and scroll to Legal Information.

The section consists of two parts:

  • Mandatory Legal Notices: basic information required by law.

  • Specific Legal Notices: specific documents to import (PDF).

Publisher's Legal Notices

Fill in the required fields to establish your website's identity card:

  • Company Name

  • Legal Form (e.g., SAS, SARL, etc.)

  • Company Number

  • Legal Address

  • Special Status: An option allows specifying if the company is in liquidation.

Terms and Conditions

Some companies or regulated professions must add additional legal documents. You can import PDF files to make them accessible on your site.

This section groups the contractual documents governing the use of your services:

  • Terms and Conditions

  • Service Conditions

  • Terms of Use

As a precaution, avoid publishing sensitive documents such as contracts, diplomas, or internal documents.

Best Practices for Your Legal Information

  1. Centralize Your Data: use the section to gather all your legal information and PDF documents.

  2. Update Regularly: check your legal notices with each change of contact details or regulation.

  3. Organize Your Documents: group specific information in a single PDF for each type of obligation.

  4. Stay Cautious: never publish confidential or sensitive files.

  5. Verify Your Compliance: test your legal pages online to ensure all information is accessible to visitors.
