Before you begin, make sure you have a PDF file ready to be published, ideally formatted for the web. If your site is multilingual, ensure you have it in the corresponding languages.

Access the Site Editor

  1. Log in to your CentralApp account.

  2. From your dashboard, click on Site Editor.

  3. Go to the Menu section to manage your menus.

Create and Add Your PDF Menu

  1. Click on Create a Menu at the top right of the page.

  2. Select Add a PDF Menu.

You can now fill in the necessary information:

  • Menu Name (required)

  • Description (optional)

  • Photo (optional, to illustrate your menu on the site)

  • PDF File: upload your prepared PDF menu

A PDF file in A4 format with vectorized text and compressed images will provide a clear display on all devices.

Publish Your Menu

Once all the information is completed:

  1. Click on Save.

  2. Choose the display period:

    • Permanent display

    • From a specific date

    • For a determined period

Your menu will then be visible on your site according to the chosen period.

Recommendations for Optimal PDF Import

To ensure smooth reading on all devices:

  • A4 Format: facilitates reading page by page or in infinite scrolling.

  • Mobile: the PDF automatically displays in infinite scrolling.

  • Desktop: you can choose between page-by-page display or infinite scrolling.

  • Vectorized text and compressed images: ensures a sharp and readable quality.

  • Avoid text as an image: it may appear blurry.

Some designers call this method “Export for the web”, and it allows for a uniform and professional display on all devices.
