Before you begin, make sure you have a PDF file ready to be published, ideally optimized for the web. If your site is available in multiple languages, ensure you have a corresponding version for each language.
Access the Site Editor
From your dashboard, click on Site Editor.
Go to the Price List section to manage your price lists.
Create and Add Your PDF Price List
Click on Create a Price List on the right side of the page.
Select Add a PDF Price List.
You can now fill in the necessary information:
Price List Name (required)
Description (optional)
Photo (optional, to illustrate the price list on the site)
PDF File: upload your prepared PDF price list
A PDF file in A4 format, with vectorized text and compressed images, ensures a clear and readable display on all devices.
Publish Your Price List
Once all the information is completed:
Click on Save.
Choose the display period:
Permanent display
From a specific date
For a determined period
Your price list will then be visible on your site according to the selected period.
Recommendations for Optimal PDF Import
To ensure smooth reading on all devices:
A4 Format: facilitates reading page by page or in infinite scrolling
Mobile: the PDF automatically displays in infinite scrolling
Desktop: possible display page by page or in infinite scrolling
Vectorized text and compressed images: ensures a sharp and readable quality
Avoid text as an image: it may appear blurry
Some designers call this method “export for the web”. It allows for a consistent and professional rendering across all devices.
