Before publishing a price list, ensure that:
The Price List feature is activated in your CentralApp interface.
Your detailed price list or PDF is fully created.
Without activating the feature, no price list can be displayed on your site.
Access Publication Settings
Publication options are directly accessible from your price list.
Open the relevant price list.
In the right panel, click on Publication.
You can then choose the publication mode that suits your needs.
Available Publication Options
CentralApp offers 3 publication options to suit all scenarios.
Permanent Publication
This option makes your price list immediately visible on your site, with no time limit.
Use if:
your prices are stable,
you want continuous visibility.
Publication from a Specific Date
This option allows you to schedule the online release of your price list.
How to do it:
Select Publish from.
Choose the desired date.
The price list will be automatically published on the indicated date. Use if:
you are preparing a price change,
you anticipate an event or a new menu.
Publication for a Defined Period
This option allows you to publish a price list for a limited time.
How to do it:
Select Publish for a given period.
Indicate a start date and an end date.
CentralApp will automatically activate and then deactivate the price list.
Use if:
your prices are seasonal,
you offer a temporary price list (holidays, special events).
Publish According to Price List Type
Publish a Detailed Price List
Select the desired publication option.
Choose whether to show or hide prices.
Save.
Publish a PDF Price List
Click on Save.
Select the desired publication option.
The PDF will be automatically published according to the defined settings.
Verify Your Price List Display
If your price list does not appear on the site, check the following:
The Price List feature is activated.
The activation button is green.
A publication option is selected (permanent or dated).
If the feature is not activated, no price list will be visible on your site.
