You can search for and buy an available domain name directly from CentralApp. The dashboard shows the price and conditions before you confirm the purchase.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
access to your CentralApp dashboard,
an active subscription that supports a custom domain, and
permission to manage purchases for the business.
Search for a domain
Log in to CentralApp and select your business.
Open Domain name.
Choose the option to add or buy a domain.
Enter the domain you want. CentralApp may also suggest names based on your business and country.
Each result shows whether the domain is available. Some extensions or premium domains may not be offered.
Review the price
Before confirming, review:
the purchase price for the first period,
the future renewal price when it differs,
the final amount due.
Confirm the purchase
Follow the checkout steps shown in CentralApp. Depending on your billing setup, you may be asked to add or use a payment method, or the invoice may remain due for payment.
After the order is confirmed, the domain appears in the Domain name section. Its DNS and SSL status may take some time to become ready.
If the purchase cannot be completed
CentralApp will explain when the name is unavailable, not offered, premium, already being purchased, or incompatible with the current subscription.
Follow the action displayed in the dashboard or contact CentralApp support if no self-service action is available.
