Booking Form Configuration

To configure the booking form, start by accessing the Bookings page. Then click on the Configure icon (represented by a gear) to set basic rules, such as the number of people per table and communication preferences.

Form Settings

  • Minimum number of guests (required): Minimum number of people accepted for a booking.

  • Maximum number of guests (required): Maximum group size that can book online.

  • Email address for bookings: Email that will receive notifications of new requests.

  • Booking instructions: Important information to display before confirmation (cancellation policy, maximum duration, dress code, etc.). These instructions are customizable by language.

Manage Availability Settings

Configure your establishment's booking hours based on your opening hours, increment, and booking duration. You can also set specific or exceptional hours for particular periods.

Click on Manage Availabilities to access the following sections:

  1. General availability settings

  2. Booking hours (your regular hours)

  3. Exceptional booking hours

1. General Availability Settings

Click on Show in the General availability settings section to access the following options:

  • Maximum period in advance for a booking

  • Minimum delay between request and desired time

  • Increment: Time interval for booking slots

  • Booking duration: Standard duration of a booking to calculate the next availability

2. Booking Hours (Your Regular Hours)

Set your regular opening hours for each day of the week. Access Booking Hours and configure the time slots:

  • Indicate Closed if your establishment is closed.

  • Enter the time slots if your establishment is open.

  • To add a second service, click on Add a time slot.

The end time corresponds to the last possible booking time, not the closing time.

Example

  • Open on Thursday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

  • Increment: 15 minutes

  • Booking duration: 1 hour

The available slots will be: 12:00 PM, 12:15 PM, and 12:30 PM.

3. Exceptional Booking Hours

Manage the days when your hours change, such as holidays, special events, or exceptional closures:

  • In the Exceptional Booking Hours section, click on Add an exceptional schedule.

  • Define the exceptional booking period.

  • Click on Add to save the exception.
