Add Exceptional Opening Hours

To start, access the section for managing your hours:

  1. Go to your site editor on CentralApp.

  2. Navigate to the Opening Hours section.

  3. In the "Exceptional Hours" area, click the "Add Exceptional Hours" button.

Schedule a Specific Period or Date

1. Select the Period (Start and End)

Use the calendar to choose the start and end date of your exceptional period.

2. Define the Opening Status

Then indicate if your establishment will be Open or Closed during this period:

Closed: Choose "Closed" from the dropdown menu if your establishment is completely closed.

Open (with specific time slots): If you remain open but with different hours than usual, choose "Open" then specify the opening and closing times for this period.

3. Indicate the Reason (Optional)

In the "What reason should we give your customers?" field, you can select a reason such as "Holidays or Public Holiday" or "Exceptional Hours".

4. Save

Click the "Add" button to confirm your exceptional hours.

Managing National Holidays

The tool automatically provides you with the list of national holidays (New Year's Day, Epiphany, Valentine's Day, etc.).

For these days, you do not need to manually enter the dates. Simply click on the plus icon next to the relevant holiday. You can then choose to remain Open or Closed for that specific day, without affecting other days.

Display on Your Website

Your clients will be informed in a timely manner:

  • These exceptional hours will automatically be displayed on your website 15 days before they start.

  • They will appear on the homepage as well as on the Contact page to maximize visibility.

  • Once the period is over, this information will automatically disappear from your site, without any intervention on your part.
