1. Reservation via the integrated form
The CentralApp reservation form allows you to receive requests directly on the platform and by email. You can then confirm or decline each reservation from your CentralApp space.
Configurable settings
Many settings are customizable, including:
the minimum and maximum number of guests per reservation,
the minimum time before reservation,
the slot frequency (every 15 min, 30 min, or 1 h),
the duration of reservations,
the email address for receiving requests,
the maximum anticipation period (up to which date reservations are accepted).
You can also set reservation times different from your opening hours or special hours, for example during a specific period.
Manage received reservations
When a customer sends a reservation request:
You receive a notification by email and in your CentralApp inbox.
From your email, click on “Confirm the reservation”: you will be redirected to CentralApp.
In your CentralApp inbox, click on "Accept" or "Decline" the request.
You can, if you wish, add a personalized message (optional).
Once the reservation is confirmed or declined, an automatic email is sent to the customer to inform them.
2. Reservation via a specialized tool
If you already use an online reservation service, you can integrate it into your CentralApp site. Compatible partners include TheFork, Dish, TableBooker, Resengo, Zenchef, and many others.
Integration activation
Go to the site editor, section “Reservations”.
Click on “Integration of a specialized tool”.
Choose your partner and enter your ID or the existing module URL.
Once the integration is done, your partner's module will automatically appear on the “Reservations” page of your website.
3. Reservation by phone
CentralApp also allows offering reservation by phone.
To do this:
check the corresponding option in the reservations module;
by default, the number displayed will be the one indicated in your basic information.
If you use a specific number for reservations, you can enter it in the designated field. This number will then appear on the “Reservations” tab of your website.
