Why Integrate Your Partners

CentralApp allows you to centralize your ordering solutions on your site. Your customers order directly from your site, simplifying the journey and increasing your conversions.

CentralApp does not provide an ordering or Click & Collect solution. The platform is solely for integrating your existing partners.

Before You Start: What You Absolutely Need

Before setting up the Orders module, prepare these elements:

  1. An active account with your partners (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, internal Click & Collect tool, etc.).

  2. The URL or identifier provided by your partner.

  3. Clear ordering rules: delivery, takeaway.

  • If you don't have a partner yet: start with phone orders.

  • If your partner is not listed or seems incompatible: contact CentralApp support via chat. In some cases, an indirect integration via a simple redirect button may be offered.

Activate the Orders Module

  1. In the Site Editor, open the Orders section.

  2. Activate the module.

This action displays the Orders section on your site. No partner is visible until a configuration is done.
