Why Use Event Spaces?

Event spaces allow you to highlight your private rooms and venues directly on your CentralApp site. They simplify request management and enhance your establishment's online visibility. Whether you offer group meals, room privatizations, or professional events, this feature helps you to:

  • Clearly present your available spaces (rooms, terraces, private lounges…)

  • Structure your offers for groups and events

  • Collect qualified requests via an integrated form or an external solution

  • Improve visibility and conversion rates on your site

In this article, we guide you step by step to set up your event spaces, from essential settings to best practices for attracting your clients.


Define Essential Settings

Access the Section

To start, go to the Event Spaces option from your CentralApp site editor. This section contains all the options to create and manage your privatization offers.

Reservation Type

Choose the reservation type suitable for your establishment:

  • Group Reservation: for meals or packages dedicated to groups

  • Venue Reservation: for the total or partial privatization of your establishment

This choice influences how your offers will be presented on your site and facilitates visitor navigation.

Event Types

Select the categories of events you offer: birthdays, weddings, corporate events, etc.

Enhance Your Offer Presentation

General Introduction

Write a short introduction to present your spaces and privatization services. If no text is provided, a generic introduction will automatically display.

Example: Looking for a unique venue in Paris for your private or professional events? Contact our team for a personalized quote.

Detailed Presentation

Describe your offers in detail, emphasizing the benefits for your clients:

  • Types of services offered

  • Ambiance and venue configuration

  • Capacity

  • Included services (catering, equipment, staff…)

Practical Tip: include concrete examples: "Our private lounge can accommodate up to 30 people and is equipped with a projector for your professional presentations."

Add Associated Content

Add a Space

To present your spaces:

  1. In Event Spaces, click on Add a Space.

  2. Provide:

    • Space name (e.g., Mezzanine, Terrace, Private Lounge)

    • Detailed description

    • Capacity and available equipment

  3. Save and add quality visuals for each space.

Each space will automatically be displayed on your event spaces page.

How to add a space

Menus, Products & Services

You can associate with each space:

  • A group menu or special event menu

  • Additional services (equipment rental, decoration, entertainment…)

  • An indicative pricing grid

How to:

  1. In Event Spaces, go to the associated content.

  2. Click on Show next to the item to link.

  3. Select the document or menu and confirm.

This allows your visitors to directly view the available services and easily envision their event.

Set Up Reservations

CentralApp Reservation Form

The integrated form is the simplest solution for managing your requests:

  1. Select Reservation Form

  2. Indicate the email to receive requests

  3. Optionally add instructions for the process

When a visitor fills out the form, you automatically receive the following information: Contact details, desired date, number of participants, specific needs (meals, drinks, privatization, etc.)

Integration of an Advanced Solution

If you use an external tool, like a room reservation software or a CRM, you can integrate it with CentralApp to centralize your requests and automate follow-ups.

If you use an external CRM or reservation software:

  1. Select Integration of an Advanced Solution

  2. Choose your partner from the list

  3. Follow the instructions and confirm

All received requests will be automatically sent to your tool, avoiding double entries and centralizing reservation management.

Reservation by Phone

You can also display a dedicated number for event requests. Clients can contact you directly if no other option is configured.
