1. Booking Type
From the Event Spaces option, start by defining the type of booking and the events you wish to offer. Choose the desired booking mode:
Group Booking: for requests related to group meals or packages.
Venue Booking: for the total or partial privatization of your space.
2. Event Types
Select the categories of events you host.
This information helps tailor the presentation of your offers and improve your SEO.
3. Introduction
Add a short introduction to present your event spaces.
If no text is entered, a generic introduction will be displayed automatically.
Example: Looking for a unique and private venue in Paris for your xxxxx? Contact our team to present your project or request a personalized quote.
Presentation
Write a detailed description of your event offering: types of services offered, atmosphere and capacities, included services (catering, equipment, staff, etc.),...

1. Spaces
Present each available space in your establishment. Click on “Add a space” to create a new one. You can add:
Space name (e.g., Mezzanine, Terrace, Private lounge…)
Photo gallery
Seated and standing capacity
Description
Each space will then be displayed on the event page of your site.
2. Menu, Products & Services, Price List
Associate a group menu or a special event menu with your page.
List additional services offered (e.g., equipment rental, decoration, entertainment…).
If desired, display an indicative pricing grid.
Booking Configuration
The booking configuration allows you to define how your clients can make an event request via your CentralApp site. You have two options:
1. Booking Form
The booking form integrated into your CentralApp site is the simplest solution for managing event or group requests.
When a visitor wants to organize an event, they fill out the form directly from your site. This form collects all essential information, such as:
Their contact details
The desired date
The number of participants
The specific needs (meals, drinks, privatization, etc.)
Once the form is submitted, you receive an automatic email at the address you have configured in your account.
This email contains all the details of the request to allow you to respond quickly to the prospect. You can then communicate directly via email or phone with the client to finalize the booking details.
2. Integration of an Advanced Solution
If you are already using a room booking management tool or external CRM, you can connect this solution to CentralApp for request tracking.
Activate the integration of your choice in the Booking Configuration section.
Requests received on your site will be automatically forwarded to your external tool.
This allows you to centralize your bookings, automate tracking, and avoid double entries.

Phone Booking
Add a dedicated phone number for event requests. This number will be displayed on your page to allow direct contact.
