Overview of the Functionality

Before diving into the details, here is the key principle:

  • The client fills out the appointment request form on your site

  • The request arrives in your CentralApp Inbox (you receive an email notification)

  • You approve or decline the request

  • Confirmed appointments are added to your follow-up

No request is automatically confirmed: you always have control.

Accessing Requests: The Inbox

Where to Find the Requests?

All appointment requests are centralized in the Inbox tab of your CentralApp interface. This is your main control point.

Processing a Request Step by Step

  1. Click on a request

  2. Review the information:

    • Desired date and time

    • Client's message (if provided)

  3. Choose the appropriate action:

  • Confirm → The appointment is approved and the client receives a confirmation

  • Decline → The request is declined (with the option to provide a reason)

  • Archive → The request is filed after processing

CentralApp inbox

Practical Case: A client requests an appointment for Saturday evening at 6 PM. The slot is unavailable: you decline the request indicating unavailability.
